Learn how to create an adorable mini pennant banner DIY scrapbook for all of the special events in your life.
We had a major event in my family in April. My sister and her husband welcomed a set of identical twin boys after years of infertility, loss and heartbreak. To say that the whole family has been sent into a tailspin would be an understatement! Michael and James have captured the hearts of their parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and of course we all want to show them off! This mini DIY scrapbook is the perfect way to do just that!
MINI PENNANT DIY Scrapbook SUPPLIES:
- Darice Wood Pennant Banner
- Scrapbook Paper
- Darice Double Sided Adhesive
- Darice Letter Stickerz
- Scrapbook Embellishments
Step One. Take your wood pennant banner and trace it onto the back of your scrapbook paper. Trace enough to cover both the front and back of each pennant piece.
Step Two. Carefully cut all of your pieces out.
Step Three. Using double-sided adhesive, adhere the scrapbook paper cutouts to both the fronts and backs of your wooden pennant banner pieces. Don’t forget to punch the holes out using a pen or metal skewer. Anything you have on hand should do the trick.
Step Four. Add your embellishments! I started with adding the boys’ initials to the cover. Using double sided adhesive, I added things to the inside. I put a spot for mom or grandma or whoever to put all of the birth info. Then I focused on a few other little first events. You can do whatever you want with this DIY scrapbook project.
