Hello friends, it’s Courtney with Crafts by Courtney. Today I’m sharing a kids craft that I’m super excited about. Every year I help with our churches Vacation Bible School and I’m in charge of the kids crafts. We have kids from ages 2-13 that come. So I have to think of crafts that any age range can do. What I like about these cross craft ideas are that if you have younger kids working on them you can use markers or crayons instead of paint. Then the older kids can use paint, which dries pretty fast on the craft sticks.
The possibilities are endless with how you can decorate these projects, but I really like to use adhesive jewels. They are both super SIMPLE and inexpensive cross craft ideas, perfect for when you have a lot of kids coming to VBS.
Cross Craft Ideas Project Supplies:
- Darice Jumbo Natural Craft Sticks
- Darice Natural Craft Sticks
- Darice Adhesive Rhinestones
- Pony Beads
- Darice Chenille Stems
- Darice Scissors
Step 2. Now let’s add a little sparkle! I love using the adhesive rhinestones, the kids are able to stick them right on and you don’t have to wait for glue to dry. We all know younger kids can get a little WILD with glue!
