Start by removing the glass from the frame and painting it any color that you like. Allow to dry completely. While drying, you can cover the back of the frame with the large felt sheet using spray adhesive. Set this aside to dry as well. You will actually not use the glass at all so you can either discard it or use on another project.
Download the SVG file here and cut your monster pieces from the assorted felt sheets. I cut two sets from the felt but you can just do one if you would like. I used my Cricut Maker but other cutting machines will cut felt as well.
They can use a wide variety of pieces to build monsters of various types. The felt pieces stick together perfectly and then can be used over and over again. They can either play with the monster felt board laying down or you can mount the board on the wall of their room or a playroom.
Then they can build a monster whenever they want! This cute monster felt board is the perfect way to do some pretend play together. Remember that some of these pieces are small so this one should only be used for children three years of age or older. Otherwise, play away with monsters of all colors and shapes!
