Clothespin Ballerina Kid’s Craft Supplies:
- Darice Mini Flat Clothespins
- Washable Tempera Paint
- Darice Paint Brush Set

- Darice Felties Felt Glue
- Darice Felties Felt Sheets (We used a shade of pink}
- Darice Gem Finishing Accents

Step 1. First you will want to paint your flat clothespins to give them the look of a ballerina. Simply paint on some hair, eyes, lips and of course, a pretty top. Repeat for each clothespin ballerina you want to make. Set aside to let them dry completely.
Step 2. Next is the ballerina’s attire. Grab your felt and cut out a small trapezoid shape that will be the ballerina’s tutu. Repeat for each piece you are making.
Step 3. Now go ahead and glue your felt piece to the front of the decorated flat clothespin to complete the tutu look.
Step 4. Now you are ready for the final steps and embellishments! Grab your gem finishing accents and give your ballerinas a one-of-a-kind look.
Remember, you can always use different supplies than I have for decorating. You could also use glitter glue, feathers and even buttons for that special “dazzled” look that any princess or ballerina will love!!!
