Autumn is my favorite season, bring on the colorful leaves! The cool weather makes me want to hang out inside and make fall crafts all day. The quicker and easier the craft, the better! Here’s a very fun and easy fall leaves paper plate wreath that looks fantastic and takes just a few minutes to complete.
Fall Leaves Paper Plate Wreath Supplies:
- Paper Plates (I happened to find some fall themed plates, but any type will do.)
- Darice Felties Leaf Wreath Kit.
- Darice Foamies Leaf Shapes Value Pack.
- Darice Miniature Pumpkins.
- Darice Baker’s Twine Or Ribbon.
- Darice Hot Glue Gun And Glue Sticks.
Step 1. Cut the middle out of the paper plate.
Step 2. Glue a base layer of the Foamies leaves all the way around the paper plate wreath base until you have it covered.
Step 3. Now, you will move on to the Felties leaf shapes. Hot glue the Felties leaves around the wreath, making sure to cover any of the paper plate that might still be visible.
Step 4. Hot glue the mini pumpkins around the wreath evenly.
Step 5. Turn the wreath over and hot glue a loop of Baker’s Twine to use as a hanger. Make sure the thread is well embedded into the glue, then let the glue cool completely before turning your paper plate wreath over.
You’re done! This wreath is so simple to make but really cute and super fun!
