Hey it’s Courtney and I’m back with another cute beachy kids craft for Summer! I’ve always loved the shell DIY kid crafts I’ve seen on Pinterest so I decided I wanted to attempt one myself! I found these great jumbo size shells on the Darice site that worked great for this project.
Let’s get started!
SHELL DIY CRAFT SUPPLIES:
- Darice Tonna Shells
- Colorful Paper Drink Umbrellas
- Summer Sticker Pack
- Hot Glue
- Darice Decorative Sand
After I had my shells, next was picking out some fun stickers. I was really debating on doing googly eyes. But then I came across this sticker pack that had these really cute sunglasses, and I knew it would be perfect for this craft.
Since I just used stickers, all I needed to do was add them to the shell. Or if you can’t find a sticker pack like this, then you can use some fun googly eyes.
Now it’s time to add the umbrella to the back of your shell and your all finished! I had a ton of mini umbrellas left over from an Umbrella Wreath I recently made.
