- Darice Grapevine and Chicken Wire Bunny
- Darice Double Baby’s Breath Spray (1-2 Stems, depending on how full you want it to be)
- Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Darice Floral Wire Cutters
- Pink Ribbon (Optional)
To begin this bunny wreath DIY project, you will simply use your wire snips to cut the flower stems into individual flowers. You can use scissors for this, but wire snips are easier and you won’t damage your scissors. You only need to do this to a few stems depending on how full you want your wreath to be of flowers! One stem will mean less flowers that two stems. You could also make it even more full with three. It is really up to you! Remember you can always go back and add more flowers later!
Once you have cut at least a few of the flowers to begin with, go ahead and warm up your hot glue gun . For a project like this, where my fingers will most likely come in contact with the glue, I prefer to use a low-temp hot glue gun so I don’t accidentally burn myself. As always, please use caution when using a hot glue gun. Then you will simply use your hot glue gun to glue the flowers around the grapevine bunny wreath.
After all the flowers were in place, I thought my little bunny needed a bow. So I found a scrap of pink ribbon I already had at my house and used that to create a cute little bow for the bunny. The bow was hot glued in place as well.
