It’s hard to believe that spring is already just around the corner! I personally can’t wait for warmer weather, chocolate eggs, garden planning, and cute little bunny faces popping up everywhere. If you’re planning on having a spring brunch or an Easter get-together, this super easy bunny napkin holder DIY is the perfect last minute craft that can, seriously, be made in just minutes. A craft tutorial that will look adorable on your table and only took minutes to make? Let’s get started!
- Darice Glimmer Hot Pink Felt Sheets
- Darice Stiff Sticky Back Felt Sheet
- Bunny Napkin Holders Free File
Step 1. Print out the Bunny Napkin Holders Free File and trim excess paper. Don’t forget to cut along the slit lines that are on either side of the bunny head.
Step 2. Place the pattern on the pink glimmer stiffened felt sheet and trace. Carefully trim around the edges.
Step 3. Place the pattern back onto the felt cutout and mark where the folding slits are. Taking care not to cut all the way across, cut marked slits with scissors.
Step 4. Draw and trim the inner ear section from the pattern. Trace twice onto the white sticky-back felt sheet and cut.
Step 5. Remove protective backing from adhesive back and stick in place on pink felt.
Step 6. Roll napkin tightly, fold the bunny napkin holder DIY over, and secure by sliding slits together in place.
These easy bunny napkin holders come together so quickly and look absolutely adorable on any spring or Easter table! You could even make these napkin holders in different fun pastel colors. Darice has tons of options to choose from so you’ll never get bored. I’m definitely planning on making the contrasting versions of these: white bunnies with little pink ears. Hope you have a wonderful spring season and have fun making these napkin holders!
