Step One. Either buy or make your own White Hot Chocolate Mix. I love how easy Happy Hour Projects’ White Hot Cocoa recipe is and, with the exception of adding mini marshmallows, followed it exactly! Use a funnel to fill mason jar with mix.
Step Two. Cut a 3″ strip of light blue scrapbook paper and use the Snowflake embossing folder with an embossing machine to create snowflake detail. Use the Core’dinations sandpaper set to really bring out the embossed snowflakes. Use the lid as a pattern to cut out a matching circular piece of the snowflake paper for the top.
Step 3. Tape the embossed wrappers in place on the mason jar. Use the washi tape to cover the lid. Print out the free label on thick cardstock and cut. Using the existing mug piece as a pattern, cut another mug shape out of the red dotted paper and tape in place to the back of the white label. Add marshmallow and tea stain details.
Step Four. Use a bit of baker’s twine to tie both the label and wisk in place around the mason jar Christmas gifts.
Your white hot chocolate mason jar Christmas gifts are ready to go! This project is so easy that you could easily make a ton of these for all the important friends, co-workers, teachers, mail carriers, instructors in your life.
Warm wishes to you and yours!
