Pineapples are so popular right now and great for summertime so I thought it would be fun to crochet a pineapple shaped bag. I thought the shape was perfect for a drawstring style bag so I decided to go that route for my pineapple crochet project. I used a shell stitch on the body of the bag to give the texture of a pineapple. Green leaves are crocheted along the top edge along with a handle and a drawstring is woven through the top to close it up. I used Darice Silky Soft yarn and an I hook to make the bag.
