The kids are all back in school, and thankfully there is a chill in the air in the mornings. I’m very excited for soup season, the trees to change color, and wearing sweaters. With fall around the corner, Halloween will be upon us in no time at all. My kids have already been thinking up ideas for costumes. I’m guessing your kiddos are as well. I really like to have my kids wear something for Halloween that can be used for dressing up the entire year. If I can make part or all of their costumes that’s even better. These two goof balls want to be ninjas for Halloween. Even though there is almost year between them in age they are like little twins. So I made up a crochet mask pattern that is the perfect beginning to their costumes this year.
Crochet Mask Pattern Supplies:
- Darice Size I Crochet Hook (5.50 mm hook)
- Darice Folk Art Yarn in Red and Purple (or any other color you like)
- Darice Scissors
- Darice Tapestry Needle

Weave in all your ends and the crochet mask pattern is complete. Tie the mask on your kiddo and ask them to show you their best ninja moves.
Of course you can use this mask for dressing up all year round or with any costume that needs a mask. Because it’s so soft and yarn stretches, this crochet mask pattern can even fit adults.
