I love trying new projects out. One project I’ve never worked on before were photo holders. I really wanted to check this craft off my to-do list and make a fun project for the house. Plus I can display some cute photos in them! I found these amazing Photo Holders on Darice and had to get them for this project. This DIY photo holder is just a little something special for your desktop, shelf or even a gift!
Let’s get started!!
I picked some really fun and pretty colors for this project! If you have the kids working on this project it would be great to pick some darker blues or greens for a boy’s room or more pinks and purples for a girl’s room.
Now let’s add our washi tape! I decided on a colorblock look for this project. But you can paint whatever design you want. There are endless possibilities for this project!
I only needed to add one coat of paint for each section. Since I taped my sections off it made it so much easier and faster to do.
This would also be a great project the kids can work on for their room! I can see a cute dinosaur theme or princess theme done with them! Now add some fun pictures and you’re ready to display! How would you paint your photo holders?
