This DIY tote bag project is so simple you can whip up it up in 30 minutes or less, and cute enough to make a fun gift! All you need to do is pick a cute word or phrase, and get to work! Since I’m always up for a pun, I chose “totes” for my bag. Want to make your own? Let’s do it!
Step One. Sketch your design. Take your pencil and lightly draw out your word or phrase. The pencil lines will be covered by the sequins when the bag is all done.
Trace your sketched design with the fabric glue. The directions on the glue that I used told me to let my glue sit for three to five minutes before applying the trim, so I did! Be sure to follow the instructions on your glue.
