There’s something so eye-catching and fun about metallic. Us crafters would know; we manage to cover everything and anything in it! After I made this Copper Triangle Garland DIY, I became obsessed with Darice’s line of metallic foil tapes. They’re super vibrant, ranging from edgy metals to bright & colorful tones. It takes some major self-control to not cover everything with them.
CUSTOMIZED DIY NOTEBOOK SET SUPPLIES:
- Darice Natural Paper Notebook (3)
- Craft Scissors
- Darice Foil Tape in Turquoise (3)
- Darice Foil Tape in Silver (3)
Step 1. To create the first stripe, peel off the backing at one end of the turquoise tape. Because the tape is extremely thin and sticky, you won’t want to peel it off all at once. Otherwise, it will stick to itself!
Adhere the end to the top left area of the notebook.
Step 1. Add two strips of turquoise tape. Imagine the notebook’s cover separated into thirds: the first strip should be placed at the first 1/3 point of the notebook. The second should be placed at the 2/3 point of the notebook.
Step 1. Add diagonal five strips of turquoise tape to the top half.
