A girl can never have too many tote bags and this rhinestone DIY Soccer tote is perfect for practice or game day.
In a few short weeks my girls will be starting soccer again and in the spirit of trying to become more organized, I made them each monogram rhinestone DIY soccer totes to take with them to practice and to games. I was able to bang out 2 of these DIY soccer totes in about 10 minutes. That’s my kind of project!
DIY Soccer Tote Supplies:
- Darice 14″ Canvas Tote Bags
- Soccer Love Bling Iron On
- Bling Iron On Letters
- Iron
Step one. Lay out canvas tote bag on ironing board and iron to remove any wrinkles. I also find that adhering an iron-on onto a warm surface helps. Place your Soccer Love design in the center of your tote.
Step two. Cover design with a scrap piece of fabric and iron. Following package instructions, I pressed for 7-10 seconds over design.
Step three. Allow design to cool for about 15-30 seconds and remove clear sheet from design. Set bag aside and allow to cool completely before turning bag over to add your rhinestone monogram letters.
That’s all there is to it! Told you it was simple! The Darice canvas bags come in a variety of sizes. The 14″ one that I used is plenty big to store a water bottle, snack, shin guards or anything else your kiddos might need for practice or game day. The tote bag can also be used for everyday stuff!
Not a soccer lover? Plain tote bags are so fun and easy to customize however you’d like! Paints, decals and more – you can never go wrong. Enjoy!
